Ping has multiple lines of fairway woods, including K and G series. Each series has introduced multiple updates of their original models while maintaining the principle attributes that made them unique.
I've used both, and by far prefer the ping k15 fairway wood. The face depth is similar, and both are very easy to hit off the deck. I have seen no difference whatsoever in the distance either gives. But the K is superior off the tee, IMO. I prefer the larger head size of the K at address off the tee; I've compared the K's to a cross between the original Rapture FW's and the ping g15 fairway wood. I hate the term "draw-biased" to describe the K's. I have no trouble hitting a fade with the K's, and even though I play a draw with everything in the bag, the K's are NOT hook-prone clubs. They are just great golf clubs online, at least for me. By the way, the ping k15 drive is very impressive, too. If you want to buy these ping clubs, the ping golf clubs for sale is available for you. |
