   「あれから2年」というカレンダー記事ばかり――残念な震災報道相場英雄の時事日想：

　3月11日。言うまでもなく東日本大震災から2年が経過した日である。当日、私は在京の新聞やテレビの報道を注視した。当欄で繰り返し震災報道の酷さを指摘してきた元メディア業界の人間として、いくらかは改善がみられるのではないという淡い期待を抱いていた。だが、“あれから2年”という紋切り型の記事、企画が大半だった。大震災報道を通じ、大手メディアの病根の根の深さを痛感した。

　 3月11日の前日、あるいは当日に、東北沿岸被災地の多くの自治体が慰霊祭を開催した。これらの様子を新聞、あるいはテレビの報道で知った読者は多いだろう。私もその1人だった。だが、複数のニュース番組、あるいは情報番組で空いた口がふさがらない画像が流れたのだ。慰霊祭に出席した地元民に対し、複数の記者、リポーターがマイクを突きつけていた。

　震災発生直後の当欄で、筆者はこんな記事を書いた。

　画面に現れた地元民は喪服姿で、ハンカチを口元に当てていた。慰霊祭に出席し、故人に思いをはせていたのは明白。そこに「今のお気持ちは？」である。プロとして取材する以上、聞き方があるだろう、という強い憤りを感じたのだ。

　あの日から2年が経過したタイミングだ。私は、震災直後に被災地を訪れた際、民放や大手紙の若手記者に同じような聞き方をされ、立腹したという避難所代表を務めていた壮年の男性の言葉を思い出した。

　「自宅が丸ごと流され、知り合いが死んだ。食うや食わずの日がいつまで続くか不安で一杯なのに、『今のお気持ちは？』って聞くんだ。他に尋ね方ってもんがあるだろう」……。

　震災発生直後、大メディアの稚拙な取材手法に対してはTwitterなどで批判が渦巻いた。だが、結局報道の現場ではこうした教訓が全く生かされていなかったことになる。

　当欄で対談させていただいたジャーナリストの烏賀陽弘道（うがや・ひろみち）氏の著作『報道の脳死』（新潮新書）を改めて手に取ってみた。

　この中で烏賀陽氏は「カレンダー記事の安易さ」という項目でメディア業界の悪しき習慣に触れている。要するに、大きな事件や事故が発生して以降、“あれから何年”という主旨で記事が自動的に作られているという構図だ。同書の一部を以下、引用する,グッチ 靴。
