I'm seeking history info on the JY15. Something like these topics.
When was the JY15 first made?
How many manufacturers have there been along the way?
What happened to "JY15 Sailboat" dealers?
Who is the better sail supplier?
Who sells the JY15 specific parts; is it Hunter Marine now?
This is a great site, are there others that are not so widely publicized?
An inquiring mind would like to know.
See ya on the water!

Dear Rusty,
Here are some of the answers to your questions. The JY15 was first built in 1989, designed by Rodney Johnstone, famous for the J/24. It was first built as a training boat.
Our business is Weston Marine. We are a Hunter JY15 dealer, and can get specific parts. Located in San Mateo, Florida. That is North Central Florida. You can contact us at 386 312-0037.
