At Cal Sailing club we have 4 JY 14's. On 2 of them the foredecks are failing, they have cracks all around the edges. (They get very heavy use). Has anyone replace the foredeck? How hard is it? How much does it cost. Any hints to make the job easier? How do you remove the old foredeck, etc.
